Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrossPost, the website and service at crosspost.virelity.com (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Virelity Inc. ("Virelity", "we", "us"). By signing in or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What CrossPost does

CrossPost lets you upload a video once, add a caption and choose posting settings, and then publish that video to the accounts you connect: TikTok (through TikTok's Content Posting API, including sending to your TikTok drafts), YouTube (through the YouTube Data API) and Instagram Reels (through the Instagram API with Instagram Login).

CrossPost only posts content that you select, with the settings you choose, to your own accounts, after you confirm. It does not post on its own schedule and does not post anything on your behalf that you have not reviewed.

2. Eligibility and your accounts

• You must be old enough to hold an account on each platform you connect where you live and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
• You sign in and connect accounts through each platform's own login page (TikTok Login Kit, Google sign-in and Instagram Login). We never receive your passwords.
• You may only connect accounts, channels and Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for all activity carried out through the Service with them.

3. Platform terms and policies

When you post through CrossPost, your content is published by the platform you choose and is subject to that platform's terms:

• YouTube: by using CrossPost to connect or post to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. CrossPost uses YouTube API Services; see also the Google Privacy Policy.
• Instagram: the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
• TikTok: TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.

You agree to comply with them. Platforms may limit, delay, reject, make private or remove posts, and may restrict how many posts can be made through third-party apps; those decisions are theirs, not ours. Platform limits and CrossPost's daily caps (for example the number of YouTube uploads per day) can change.

CrossPost is an independent product of Virelity Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Google, YouTube, Meta or Instagram.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights in the videos, captions and other material you upload ("Your Content").
• You give Virelity a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy and transmit Your Content only as needed to deliver it to the platforms you choose and to operate the Service. This licence ends when Your Content has been delivered and deleted from our systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you own or have all the rights and permissions needed to post Your Content, including rights to any music, footage, trademarks and people shown, and that posting it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
• If Your Content promotes your own business or a third party, you are responsible for the platform's commercial content disclosures (for example TikTok's "Your brand" or "Branded content" options).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that breaks a platform's rules;
• send spam or automate bulk posting, or get around the posting limits of CrossPost or any platform;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with, probe, overload or reverse engineer the Service;
• upload malware or files that are not videos.

We may limit the number or size of uploads to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

6. Fees

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged unless you choose to sign up for them.

7. Disconnecting, suspension and ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. In Settings you can disconnect any platform or delete your CrossPost account; on the TikTok page the "Disconnect TikTok and delete my data" button does the same for everything. This revokes CrossPost's access where the platform allows it and deletes your CrossPost data, as described in the Privacy Policy and on the data deletion page. You can also remove CrossPost's access in each platform's settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if we stop offering the Service.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a platform's API will keep working the same way. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virelity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for how TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or any other platform handles, displays, ranks or removes your content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virelity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, followers or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero) and USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Virelity against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content or from your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and for significant changes we will give notice in the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
